Following the purchase of their property, many clients find themselves in a situation of needing to furnish their property, but not having the time to do so.
We have found an award winning company that has developed its interior design and furnishing department to satisfy the needs of such clients for a fast and reliable service.
The idea behind this Croatia/British co-operation is to facilitate for Clients this most difficult part of owning property in Croatia. It aims to save the Client lots of money by having the opportunity to work with an interior designer here in England, using items from our Croatian design library, and carrying out the majority of the interior design planning work here, without the need for expensive air fares and a week or two of hotel bills in Croatia.
They hold an extensive interior library of furnishing items available in Croatia ranging from flooring through beds, sitting room furniture, kitchens and bathrooms. In short, everything you could possibly want for your house in Croatia.
How it works:
You initially have a telephone consultation with the British office and they arrange for proper dimensions to be taken and space plans to be drawn up.
You then arrange a meeting in London or or elsewhere in the UK to decide on your plans using interior design "tools" i.e. images, brochures collected in Croatia, showing examples of available furniture over there, etc.
A design scheme is then put together using the drawn up plans and following your approval the plan is implemented.
They undertake any project management that may be required (ie., overseeing contractors and the like), and finally, overseeing delivery and installation at the Croatian property.
Everything is done for the Client. After the final design scheme/quotation has been formally approved by Client, the Client can forget all about it. They will do the rest.
