If you looking at private sales or you need a second opinion then this new service will be indispensable. A Croatian solicitor will search the Title deeds for any property you request in Croatia. You will see the deeds together with a translated report on the state of the deeds with an independent assessment of whether you should proceed. This is an excellent service and I wish it had existed 2-3 years ago when I was first looking as it could have saved me a lot of time and money.
