This report could take up to 1 month to obtain because of the opening hours of the various Ministries.
They can also provide follow up service which is an additional 50 GBP and includes:
- My one-time personal conversation with the counsellor in the Ministry of Justice regarding your application, when the application arrives at the Ministry of Justice (I will go to the Ministry of Justice, which is open only on Wednesdays 1000-1300 hours (for the public), so it may take a month for me to provide you with a report. With a bit of luck I will be able to actually have a look into your application and the counsellor will tell me if there is anything that needs changing or adding to the application,(on that action the Ministry of Justice will also inform your solicitor if there is a problem).
- Report on the meeting and any suggestions from the counsellor on your application
- 2 Telephone checks and 2 short reports with the update. These telephone calls will take place approximately every 4 months to the Ministry of Justice, or Ministry of Foreign Affairs depending on where the application is at the time, to see how the application is progressing
