Even though the house is located about 30 meters from the sea, it is
practically a sea front since there are no other houses built in front.
House consists of 4 floors; each about 54 m2 in size.
The first floor: excellent location for any business activity, shop or
cafe (in the old days there were cafe located there).
The second floor: 2 separate apartments
The third floor: 2 separate apartments (flats)
The fourth floor (attic): a large apartment (flat) with a terrace
House has already been partially renovated inside, according to the owner.

Note: We are currently in process of obtaining the keys for this house (the owner lives abroad), and we did not check the house inside yet. The pictures of the view were taken from the lower floor stairs. The sea view would be much better from the higher floors, attic and terrace.
