Description:
The property boasts a dominating position at the edge of Podselje. This little village enjoys what is undoubtedly one of the best panoramas on Vis. It overlooks the vineyards of Plisko Polje and, beyond, the Adriatic. Podselje is less than ten minutes drive from the town of Vis in the north and a similar distance from beautiful Srebrena Beach in the south. The entire building is fully insulated and has new electrical installations and new plumbing. Interior floors are tiled throughout; all doors, windows and shutters are custom-made of Slavonian oak. The ground floor exterior retains its stone frontage.
A fresh-water well (5.84m x 1.70m x 2.90m) is at the back of the house. There are garden plots immediately east of the building and also in front of and below the patio. The area to the west has been landscaped to provide an unobstructed view of the countryside and is an ideal location for a garden, swimming pool, etc.
