I can recommend the local solicitor who dealt with me when I bought the
property, the company Turnbull d.o.o has a good local accountant that we
have used since buying the house and forming the company, we also have a
local agent who looks after the maintenance and cleaning. The potential for
rental is shown on the Croatia Holiday and Home web site, we have invested the money we received in rental in improving the house and paying local bills. Anyone purchasing the
house before or during the season must honour any bookings but will be
entitled to the balance of the rental income due at the time of sale. The
company has accounts with all the local services such as water and
electricity, registered for VAT, a local bank account etc. Buying the
property the company way ensures an easier transition than starting afresh.

The total area of the house is 190sq m over 3 floors and the plot size
