Database driven Technology - prospective customers will be able to search in a variety of ways for your listing. They could, for example, search specifically for a property that sleeps 8 people in Istria with a swimming pool that is available for the first 2 weeks of September.
Your Advert live - instantaneously - you upload your properties straight onto the website. The site will also automatically generate meta tag friendly listing pages for each property meaning more traffic from search engines and more booking enquiries for your rental.
Less Admin! - Owners Management System - You have your own management console to automatically make any changes you wish to your listing. You can add extra content, special offers and new photographs, and manage your seasons and pricings instantaneously. It also has an automated section for managing your bookings and reservations. Email enquiries arrive from the site they receive your approval and your calendar is automatically updated!
Live Currency Exchange Feed - When you add your listing, you will list in our default currency of Euros, however our software will show live currency exchange rates for Pounds and Dollars.
