Sukosan, situated nearby Zadar, can be easily reached by car (new highway connecting Zagreb-Karlovac with Zadar-Sukosan), ferry (Zadar) or plane (Split and Zadar airport).
The town features one of the largest yacht harbours of the Adriatic, located at 650-meter distance from the house.
Villa "Oliva" has been built according to the latest standards but it has the charm of a traditional Dalmatian house with verandas and balconies. It has a nice garden, the sea is nearby and so are restaurants, cafes and shops. You will definitively feel at home!
