This impressive double fronted Dalmatian house occupies an enviable position in the famous Dingac Vineyards, situated within a small farming hamlet - It is a real treat of a retreat with wonderful mountain and vineyard views. There are very few neighbours nearby so the house affords a high level of privacy and is an ideal choice for a large family or a group of friends who don't want the hustle and bustle of a resort. The house is newly renovated inside and out for this season to a stylishly high modern standard and over 3 floors has 4 bedrooms (3 doubles, 1 twin), a bathroom and a shower room, both with white suites and designer fittings, Italian designer kitchen, and light and airy living room, and sleeps 8 comfortably. It has a large fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and microwave and large dining table. The living room is very spacious and has Satellite/Terrestrial TV and a double sofabed to sleep 2 extra people if needed. The walls of the house are very thick and keep the house cool in summer, so no air conditioning is needed. There is a large pretty orchard garden that is private to this property with plums, apricots, cherries, walnuts, pomegranates and strawberries growing freely. It also provides ideal al fresco eating and seating facilities as well as a covered BBQ area to retire to. It has a huge 1st floor sun trap terrace with loungers and a large inflatable fun pool to cool down in.

The Beach and shops are 10 minutes drive in both directions and there is an abundance of sightseeing opportunities and wine tours to visit the local wineries and sample the local wines. The tasty local food is typically shellfish or sea fish, also a variety of meat dishes, and traditionally cooked pastas and pizzas are worth a try. There are so many things to do here - from Orebic marina you can take a short boat ride to the Island of Korcula, likened to a mini Dubrovnik, steeped in history and known for being the birthplace of Marco Polo in 1254. It has many local boutiques, art galleries and churches. If you fancy some extreme sports you can partake in kitesurfing and windsurfing in Croatia's Windsurf Capital, Viganj, or go rockclimbing up the local peaks.

Visitors Feedback: A fantastic retreat, completely secluded -full of adventures and a fabulous house. Will definitely book for next year and we are thinking of buying a house in the village. Look out for the tortoises at the bottom of the garden!
