Villa Jasmine is an attractive house in a small, quiet hamlet in the Istrian countryside. From the bedroom windows you will see the beautiful hill town of Motovun. This wonderful medieval town is only a few kilometres away and here you will find restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. The villa is made from old stone but has all the luxuries of a new house and is furnished to a high standard. The villa makes an ideal base to explore Istria with beautiful towns and coastal resorts all within striking distance. There is lots to do and lots to explore ….you may have to return a few times to see everything! Then again if you want to unwind why not just lie back and read, let the children splash in the pool and use the garden barbeque. All the windows are double-glazed and there is heating if you want to explore Croatia out of the summer months. This is an ideal time to explore the country and without the crowds! Villa Jasmine is a 3-storey house and has 4 bedrooms. The villa can sleep up to 7 and there will also be a cot available for hire. The 2 double bedrooms both have double beds (and views of Motovun!). Bedroom 3 is a compact twin room. This is really suitable for 2 children, 1 adult or 2 adults that don't mind being cosy! Bedroom 4 has a single bed. There are 2 shower rooms. On the ground floor there is a small but cosy living room and a well-stocked kitchen and dining area. Outside you will find a pool (6 metres x 4 metres), garden and parking area. We have 3 children and have stayed in a number of villas. We are using our experiences to offer you everything you need to have a great holiday. Here’s to a happy and relaxing time! AREA The villa is in a small hamlet close to Motovun (3 km away). Motovun has small grocery shops, restaurants, bars and even its own film festival (in July). The coast is a 25km drive away. Whilst here you simply must go to the hill town of Groznjan and visit Porec and Rovinj. Umag and Novigrad are close by too and worth a visit - especially if you like eating fish! You will obviously need a car to stay at our villa and that way you will see the best of Istria. CHANGEOVER DAY Saturday is the changeover day but we can be flexible. Arrival is after 3pm and checkout before 10am. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT The property is cleaned once a week and bedding and towels will be changed at the same time. NOTES TO THE RENTAL RATES You will be required to pay a 40% deposit with the remainding amount due 10 weeks before your holiday. Please arrange your own cancellation insurance. A 300 euros or 200 pounds sterling refundable security deposit is payable to the Property Manager on arrival. Thank you. Sleeps:
