Our house is a newly built 4stars Villa in one of the most desirable disticts of Rovinj. It is situated 150 meters from the entrance of the Cuvi natural park, and 300 meters from the sea, in front of the most beautiful and famous Cuvi bay. To reach the historical centre of town you don’t need to use the car, because you are at only ten minutes walk from the centre, and for having fun you are also ten minutes walk, in another direction, from one of the most famous Disco clubs in Croatia, the Monvi. In our eight apartments for two people, three apartments for 2+2 people, in our two double rooms, in the new and elegant environment, in all the big rooms with terraces, every one of you will surely find yours ideal accommodation, and our smile and hospitality will have the purpose to make you fell confortable and give you a pleasant holiday. We make 15% discount for 14 days reservations in Low seasons and 10% for 14 days reservations in Mid seasons. The guest will surely recognize the quality for the right price, and for that we are sure that we will not disappoint you. Studio with own bathroom of 6m2, terrace from 4 to 6 m2, kitchen, refrigerator, Satellite TV, microwave oven, coffee machine and safe.
