The Casitas luxury holiday cottages offer rustic but stylish holiday accommodation amidst the Istrian countryside, whilst being close enough to Porec and Rovinj (two of the most visited coastal towns in Croatia) to enjoy a wide range of sporting and leisure facilities. Casita Two (2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4) Bedroom 1: King size bed with wardrobe and bedside table Bedroom 2: Twin beds with wardrobe and bedside table Bathroom: Fully tiled with large shower, WC and hand basin Living Room: Is open plan with the kitchen and has a sofa, woodburning stove, flat screen TV, DVD Player and Satellite system. Kitchen: Four ring hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and leads onto a covered terrace to the garden. Casita One (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2/4) Bedroom: King size bed with wardrobe and bedside table Bathroom: Fully tiled with shower, WC and hand basin Living Room: Is open plan with the kitchen and has a L shaped sofabed, woodburning stove, flat screen TV, DVD Player and Satellite system. Kitchen: Four ring hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and leads onto the terrace overlooking the pool. Notes on accommodation A high chair, travel cot and baby monitor are available. Iron and ironing board provided. Maid service is once a week. The cottages are cleaned and new linen and towels are provided. Please supply your own pool towels. Private parking. Outside Landscaped gardens with a private pool (6m x 3m) which is shared between the 2 cottages. There is a large terrace with table and chairs, sun loungers, BBQs and outside lighting. Coast/Beach 5km to the scenic Limski Kanal, a turquoise fjord, renowned for its superb seafood restaurants. 12 km to Vsar marina. 17 km to coastal resort of Porec. (Ferry service to Venice). 20km to the coastal Venetian town of Rovinj. 30 km to the Brijuni National Park. Travel Ryanair: Fly to Pula from London Stansted or to Trieste (Italy) or to Venice Treviso (also from Dublin, Shannon and Liverpool). Easyjet: Fly to Rijeka from London Luton and Bristol or to Ljubljana (Slovenia) from London Stansted. You can also fly to Pula from all major UK airports – contact us for further information. The closest airport is Pula (30 minutes drive), followed by Rijeka (90 minutes) then Trieste, Ljubljana and Venice. Distances Nearest village of Sveti Lovrec (3km) for basic groceries, post office, bar and cafe. Medieval hill towns of Motovun and Groznjan are within a short drive (30 minutes) as is Pula, home to the 6th largest amphitheatre in the world. A full range of sporting and leisure facilities are within easy reach. Booking notes A non refundable 30% deposit of the total rental booking. The balance to be paid not less than 6 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of £200 is required at time of booking to be held against any loss or damage caused to the property or its contents.
