"Sofia" dates back more than 400 years and is traditionally constructed from local stone. It is a spacious two floor apartment in quiet surroundings, located in the historic centre of Hvar Town on the beautiful Island of Hvar. The apartment was renovated and fully modernised by a English and Croatian building company in May 2006. This luxury property consists of two double bedrooms and a shower room on the first floor, and a large kitchen and living area on the ground floor. Bedrooms include: Ceiling fan, large wardrobe and a fantastic view. Shower Room includes: Italian designed glass shower cubicle with power shower, heated towel rail and under-floor heating. Kitchen and Living Area includes: Built-in oven and microwave, gas hob, twin fridge, fully equipped for all your cooking and dining needs. A dining table & chairs and a comfortable double sofa-bed. For entertainment there is a surround sound music system with DVD and plasma screen, including ADSL wireless broadband internet access. In the unlikely event of poor weather we have heating throughout the house. Additionally we have 62 channels of cable TV offering international news / entertainment and a selection of books and DVD’s. Please note minimum booking period for June/July/August is 3 nights.
