This property was featured on UK Channel 4 “Selling Houses Abroad” as a success story in Croatia. Villa Sunrise was selected by Channel 4 from several other properties in the Dubrovnik region for its idyllic location and stylish interior, which has led to the owners having a very successful holiday business from it. If you are looking for a holiday or short break in Croatia our apartments are the ideal location to enjoy all this captivating old city has to offer. Celebrating something special? A Wedding, Hen party or just an extended family get together then the stunning location and breathtaking sunsets and sea view from the villa will ensure you have a holiday to remember. The Villa comprises 5 apartments of different sizes and types but the property can easily be rented as a whole villa with the large ground floor living space used as a central eating and sitting area. The 2 ground floor apartments adjoin as does the first floor making it ideal for extended families, a large group of friends or corporate entertaining. Sunday to Sunday bookings for July & August, other start days are available on request for other months. Sleeps:

Other nearby acitvities: For groups we can arrange for a chef to come and cook you a delicious meal during your stay at the villa, they even wash up and clear away! We have two mountain bikes at the villa for guests to use free of charge, a badminton set and wi-fi access. We can also organise other activities nearby such as sea kayaking in the beautiful Adriatic, island cruises, sailing, fishing, diving, snorkeling, wine tasting and day trips to Montenegro. We have a charming rustic family run restaurant only 5 minutes away that serves fresh local fish and traditional game dishes. The owners are quite happy to come and collect you from the villa and take you back again after your meal. Our central location means that the Mostar bridge, Montenegro or the wine regions are all very easy to reach as day trips. Exterior:

Visitors Feedback: I arranged a holiday for 13 family members which can be really challenging but it was an absolute success thanks to the owner's fantastic help planning the holiday so we had everything organised when we arrived and when we did it was superb and was just right for all of us which could have been a challenge with ages from 6 to 80. Renato,the meet and greet host was amazing, he exceeded all our expectations by picking us up at the airport,collecting Pizza enroute and organising all the days out for us. What a star and his English is great. Even the locals were friendly as my parents were made so welcome they ended up going around for afternoon tea to their home. The location is beautiful with some of the best views we have ever seen and the fact that the villa could be split into separate apartments meant we could have privacy when needed but party at the same time.
