A lovely property ideal for families or groups on a small complex in Paradiz which is 15 km north of Pula. It has its own private pool which can be heated out of season. The nearest town is Vodnjan at 6 km with Jurisici with a shop and cafe bar at 3km. It is finished in traditional Istrian stone with beams and a feature fireplace. It has been furnished with a modern and contemporary feel. The property sits in a plot of 600square metres with its own private pool and landscaped garden. There are two parking spaces behind an electric gate. The development has a communal tennis court and BBQ area. The local town of Vodnjan 8 km has an open air market on the first Saturday of each month and a number of good restauranbts cafes and bars. The church tower is the tallest in Istria and the church has some relics dating back a few hundred years. Beaches can be found at Fazana or further along the coast. There is also a nice cove at Pjescana Uvala on the way to Pula which is great for swimming and has one of the finest retaurants in Istria at the Hotel Valsabbion. Pula is famous for the 1st century amphitheatre which plays host to a lively eclectic programme of summer festivals and a Cathedral and museum. It hosts the film festival in July and the opera in August. There is a golf driving range 2km from Vodnjan and you can hire clubs. There is also an aquarium to visit. A trip to Rovinj which owes its survivalto the contours of land and sea with the opld town confined to a small peninsula presided over by a hilltop cathedral Getting there : Fly to Pula Airport hire a car and drive 15km to Parardiz - From UK Airports - www.thomsonfly.com www.ryanair.com www.croatianairlines.com - Flight Search Sites - www.cheapflights.co.uk www.traveljungle.co.uk www.skyskanner.net Alternatively fly to Trieste( Italy ) and drive south a very pleasan tdrive through Slovenia and down through Istria which takes between 2.5 to 3 hours Housekeeping Bedlinen and towels are provided but not pool or beach towels. Property is cleaned once a week and towels and linen changed On changeover day which is flexible but we prefer Saturday departure is 10am to allow cleaners access with arrival of guests after 2pm Payment A 25 % non refundable deposit is payable on booking, receipt of funds confirms booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before the holiday. Bookings taken within 8 weeks will require full payment. A refundable damage deposit of £ 250 is payable with the final payment. Sleeps:
