Villa Vrsar is located in the hilltop part of the old fishing port town of Vrsar. Small and peaceful but yet bustling with life during the summer season Vrsar is an ideal holiday town. You are a 5 minute walk from the beaches and the harbour. This unique,newly renovated Istrian 3 bedroom property offers spacious and well equipped accommodation. The villa has a perfect sea view either from the house terraces or from the living room. The villa is perfect for those who want to have relaxing holidays but still to be within the walking distance of the restaurants, caffees, beaches and not to use the car for everyday use. The villa, sleeps 8, can be used as one house/villa or it can be divided into two separate units/apartments. The Villa has four levels/floors. One apartment consists of one master bedroom with a terrace and a twin room on the top floor. The rooms share the bathroom on the same floor. The floor bellow consists of the kitchen, dining area and a living room with a fire place and a nice terrace overlooking the sea. The other unit/apartment consists of one master bedroom on the second floor and a bathroom with a bath. On The lowest level/ground floor there is a dining area, a kitchen and a living area with a fireplace. There is one more toilet with a shower and a small gallery which can be turned into a study or a kids' area. There is a nice and cosy garden where you can enjoy the lazy afternoons or just enjoy the BBQ dinner. Sleeps:

Other nearby acitvities: Coast/Beach Beautiful beaches are located in the various coves along the coast within a 10-15 minute walking dostance. Most are rocky with swimming platforms which extend out into the sea, which is exceptionally clean. Along the forested coastline are the resorts of Zelena Laguna and Plava Laguna. There are well equipped and picturesque marinas within 5 minutes walking distance. Skiing The nearest ski resort is Platak near Rijeka, which is about 2 hours drive. Travel Car hire is essential. Ryanair operates Stansted - Pula (45 mins to villa) and Stansted - Trieste (1 hour 45 mins to Villa). and Stansted - Ljubljana (2,5 hours to Villa). Roads are good and generally uncrowded. Distances Porec is 7 km away. A short and scenic drive inland takes you to the pine forests and rolling hills topped with historic ancient towns such as Motovun, Grozjnan and Hum. A daily return fastcat ferry service (2 hours) runs from Porec harbour to Venice. Other places to visit: Hum (the smallest town in the world.) Baredine Caves,Rovinj, Lim fjord (taste the beautiful cheeses, olives, wines and Grappa). The Amphitheatre in Pula is an amazing, historical place to visit. For those who would like to see the inland of Croatia, Plitvice lakes cca 4 hours drive are the perfect place to escape for the weekend. Further details The popular local restaurant (5 mins on foot) is famous for its local cuisine including grilled fish, meat dishes and truffles. All the usual facilities (banks, supermarkets, shopping, internet cafes, restaurants) are available in Vrsar or nearby Porec. Booking notes 20% deposit to confirm your booking.
