The apartment is situated in the very centre of the old town of Poreč, at the waterfront. The apartment doesn't have a sea view , the large antique windows overlook the cobbled stone street of the old town and a park.
Te apartment is renovated and refurnished. It consists of two bedrooms with, large double beds, a living room, kitchen, shower room and a separate toilet.
Both bedrooms are equipped with air cons.
Downstairs, at the entrance of the building ( the apartment is on the first floor) there is a caffe which overlooks the marina and the island of St. Nicola.
The beach, city centre, historic sites- all is witing cca 5 min walking distance.
There is a pedestrian area in front of the building and only the local and hotel guests are allowed to enter by car.
Ideal for those who want to spend their holiday in a center of a tipical Istrian town.
