19A is a semi-detached, modern house on 3 floors, situated 800m (15 minutes walk) from the seafront of Orebic town, on the edge of the forest in the shelter of Mount Ilija. It affords peace, great hiking from the doorstep, and convenient access to the beach, islands and unspoiled scenery. There is a supermarket, bank, local food market, butchers, pharmacy, internet cafes and restaurants in Orebic, 10 minutes walk from the house. Close by is tennis, boule, a scuba diving and boating centre, and terrific windsurfing and kitesurfing. The passenger and car ferries to Korcula are only 800m from 19A. The lower floor consists of a living room with an open kitchen area, and shower room. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor. Two bedrooms and a shower room lead off the landing, with one bedroom facing east and the forest, the other facing west and looking towards the island of Korcula The second floor has two bedrooms and a further shower room. (one of the bedrooms is not for rent). All bedrooms have balconies with forest or sea/island views. There is off-road, private parking alongside the house and a patio which has sun until early afternoon, and then provides outdoor shade later. A Croatian BBQ next to the terrace provides an outdoor cooking facility. A spiral staircase and railed balconies may not be suitable for some age ranges. NO SMOKING and NO PETS Sleeps:
