Our villa, a stone house with ground and first floors (350m2), big flower garden and its own parking place, offers you a great possibilities. The villa has 4 apartments and 1 room with the bathrooms so you can rent either apartment or room or the whole house. -The large apartmen,A4, (100m2), has one double room and one triple room, living room (+2), kitchen and dining room. In front of this apartment is a big terrace with barbicu looking at the garden. Our Apartment 2 (40m2) has one bedroom, a bathroom(washing mashine), a kitchen and balcony. The apartments are air-conditioned and have satellite TV inside. -Two apartments,A1,A3, 2+1, 35 m2, have one big bedroom( sat tv, AC, DVD),bathroom(washing mashine) balcony and fully equiped kitchen. - Apartment A2, 2+2, 40m2, nice decorated, spaceious,consists of one bedroom with a double bed and one extra bed, a kitchen and a sitting room with a sofa that can be used as a double bed, bathroom with a washing machine and a balcony. This is a nicely furnished apartment with an air-condition, sat-tv and dvd. All this to make your stay more comfortable. is suitable for seven people, situated in the basement of the house. It consists of one big bedroom (one double bed+extra single bed) and a small one with double bed. Big and comfortable sitting room can also be used as a bedroom for two people. Kitchen is equipped with: fridge, freezer, stove, wash basin, microwave oven, coffee machine and other furniture. Two bathrooms have a washing machine. There is a large dining table for eight people in the kitchen; entire apartment is air-conditioned with SAT TV. The guest are free to use our barbecue on the terrace surrounded by the flower garden.
