Built in the late 1970s, this house has innovative architecture. It is adjacent to the old town and overlooks the Franciscan monastery and beach. Complete with garage, the house is entered via steps, which help to give it privacy. The hall on the first floor leads onto three bedrooms (one single and two twin, one of which is en suite). There is a second bathroom, both having showers, lavatories and basins. A large patio on this level provides a secure play area for children. On the second floor, the large arched living room adjoins the indoor dining area and well equipped kitchen. This leads onto the attractive second patio dining area with a partial view of the sea. There is a lavatory on this level and steps to a mezzanine level with another twin bedroom/balcony and en suite bathroom with a large bath, lavatory and basin. The top floor has two more twin/double bedrooms[ one with balcony] with between them a shower with lavatory and basin. Further steps lead to the top patio with commanding views of the town, the surrounding hills, the monastery, the sea and islands. This is very much a family/large party house with appropriate touches. Payment terms are 30% on booking and 70% at least 21 clear days before the first booked night of occupation.Prices relate to parties of 12.Reductions offered to families and previous rentees by negotiation.
